We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced, driven Bar Manager to join our team. Our bar managers lead a large team of 15-20 staff and are responsible to the full bar experience, stock control, training and development. You will work at a high level, not in the bar but rather on the bar and have influence and accountability for all areas. The role is for an experienced individual able to demonstrate success in a previous high volume role. Exceptional bar knowledge, cocktails, process, stock control and ordering as well as being a natural coach and mentor to the team. You will be responsible for the entire cocktail bar operation, quality control and team development. You will also be seen as a senior manager to the floor staff, lead the restaurant floor and be able to lead a 200 cover restaurant and cocktail bar that would see almost 1500 guests on a busy day. The Restaurant and cocktail bar is busy and you will need to demonstrate previous success in leading a similar sized bar and talk through how you delivered a great customer experience.
