Job Title: HR Manager Location: Bicester Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 Full time - Permanent Our client is a product designer and manufacturer based in Bicester and across the UK. Due to company growth they are now looking to acquire the services of a full-time HR Manager to work in a full generalist role. This is a truly unique opportunity, with the chance to work autonomously and build your own brand within the business. This role would also suit an HR Advisor or HR Coordinator who is looking to take on more responsibility and start their Management career. Main responsibilities: You will be required to set up systems that cover hiring, recruitment, inductions etc., You will be required to keep and update Company Handbooks. You will be responsible for DBS clearing of personnel. You will set up a training and appraisal schedule for personnel with assistance from Managers. You will need to be a good listener and able to travel around the country as business dictates, but based in Bicester, Oxford. Key Skills & Experience: Ideally you will be CIPD qualified. 2 years' experience in an HR role. TUPE experience would be advantageous. Excellent communications skills. You will be computer literate Windows, Excel, PowerPoint etc., and with a working a knowledge of Sage. You must be able to build personal credibility with Managers, including at senior level establishing trust and confidence.
