Service Delivery Manager (Telecoms) - Oxford Due to the rapid growth of their client portfolio we are assisting Oxfords most recognised telecoms development company with the recruitment for an experienced Service Delivery Manager. You will have a background working within the telecoms industry, possibly for a large vendor. You will be joining an elite team that have built a huge reputation for offering their clients an extremely responsive service and expert technical knowledge. The position will require you to dedicate the your time and attention to the client, managing project life cycles and their expectations along the way. With time you will become an integral part of the business using your industry experience and technical knowledge to manage clients expectations effectively. Responsibilities will include: Preparing for, attending and following up on weekly service management calls Incident coordination Coordinating change management Reporting on service and support performance externally and internally Supporting the Service and Support Manager in ensuring that they are meeting our customers’ needs and continually improving our processes and performance Technical Skills and Experience: Technical background in telephony (SIP) Knowledge of networking (Enterprise direct integration) Experience working with large customers, in a service or support management role Large telco experience as supplier, customer or employee Experience of working to ITIL, ISO20000, ISO27001 or other similar processes Capable of dealing with the pressures of major incidents, high-value customers and difficult decisions Ability to work with raw data to produce reports e.g. Excel functions and pivot charts, basic SQL Please apply and Employ Solutions will be in touch within 24hrs to provide further information about the position.
