Ringtons have been a family business for over 108 years and delivering in and around the Chesterfield area for over 40 years, we have 20,000 friendly and loyal customers who purchase our top quality teas, coffees, biscuits and gift lines on a regular basis and have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our team as a Sales office Assistant Manager.

Permanent full time position working Monday – Friday.

30 days holiday per year including Bank holidays

Key responsibilities

To support the manager and help motivate the sales team to achieve set targets.

To run the sales office in the managers absence.

Ability to understand all aspects of management within the Ringtons Company.

Willingness to learn and adapt.

Assist in maintaining the company standards and help maintain a high customer service level.

Needs to be enthusiastic and success driven

Will need to demonstrate they can deal with different and sometimes difficult situations in a professional manner.

You will be required to be hands on, this will involve working out in the field with the team.

Able to handle pressure

Good time management skills


Computer literate and numerate
