The Company: Recruit mint are working closely with a National company who are the market leaders in their sector. The business is growing and due to the expansion they are looking to recruit a Docusafe Manager on a permanent basis. Main Purpose of Job: To ensure all vendors services completed are carried out within SLA’s and KPI’s and that comprehensive process documents are available for each service. Continue to develop, manage the team and ensure best practice. Implement the upcoming software & hardware upgrade and re-configuration. Main Responsibilities: Have a strong record in administration service delivery, preferably within a motor industry background and have previous experience in team management Ensure contractual obligations, SLA’s and KPI’s are met and reported on accurately Determine customer requirements to deliver their agreed service and advise customers on how they could maximise the efficiency of their document management & other contracted activities Provide accurate financial forecasting for management accounting purposes Manage the team to maximise document management efficiency and other services Be aware of legislation changes, general fleet administration and report on how these could impact the operation Recruit, train and develop and manage the team Undertake ad-hoc tasks as necessary to meet the business needs and for your own personal development Hold a full (car) driving licence and attend off-site meetings which may involve overnight stays Ensure that Quality and Health & Safety standards are met or exceeded at all times Additional Information: This role requires a good understanding of fleet management, DVLA legislation, V5’s and MOTs. Regular customer face-to-face review meetings and conference calls will be required Skills Required: Good understanding of Microsoft Office suite, particularly excel, have a good knowledge of HR and employment related matters. Be an organised self-starter and natural team leader who is able to work and manage under pressure. Enjoy strong analytical skills and be able to understand and advise on good ‘process’ and think outside the box to deliver solutions that maximise the efficiency and profitability of the operation.
