My client are an acclaimed global technology house who, as a result of continued global success, now have a fantastic opportunity for a SharePoint Support Consultant to join on a role which will provide expertise in providing application support for their impressive range of clients in Microsoft business solutions including SharePoint, Office 365, Azure as well as their own bespoke applications. This role gives an opportunity for candidates to progress fully into the project delivery team in a realistic 12 - 18 month time frame depending on their own personal development. Responsibilities will include:- Ensure an exemplary level of customer service is provided to all customers Identify opportunities for increasing client satisfaction, process improvement and efficiency Prepare project status reports Configuring and administering SharePoint Online, SharePoint 2007, 2010 & 2013 Configuration of bespoke solutions SharePoint development as it relates to: document management; security and permissions; information architecture and site hierarchy; content types; web parts; workflows; custom lists et al. Ownership of support tickets Troubleshooting issues.
