The Venue This 4 star hotel is now seeking and passionate and driven all rounder with exceptional commercial and financial management skills to assist the GM in the day to day running of the hotel: 80 bedrooms up to 320 banqueting state of the art facilities a la carte dining restaurant casual dining restaurant £5.2m Turnover About you: Operations or F&B Manager within 4 star corporate market Excellent F&B background with knowledge of events, fine dining and C&B Able to drive and manage a team to ensure that the guest experience is second to none Passionate and driven with a great work ethic strong commercial and financial acumen able to drive and deliver a service level through the effective training and development of your senior team setting the standard to ensure that excellence is the norm flexible with your working pattern as over night duty management shifts will be required.
