Compensation & Benefits Manager- The role; Our great commercial fast paced client is seeking a dynamic and creative C & B professional looking to make an impact int he work they do If you are interested in joining a large matrixed organisation and keen to work in a business that is growing - this could be the role for you Reporting to the Director Compensation & Benefits, the role is to lead and participate in C&B and HR projects Provide Reward leadership with professional advice at an individual and policy level Support the Director Compensation and Benefits in managing and leading Compensation & Benefit and wider global projects. Develop, improve and implement policies and processes in areas like incentive programs, benchmarking, job grading and benefits. Support in driving/developing the Total Reward Strategy of the organisation with an emphasis on developing robust practices & processes. Providing day-to-day operational and tactical support to demands of the business Lead global and Local Compensation & Benefit projects (end-to-end). Support the compensation and benefits team and HR Business Partners in the annual pay review. Bonus Scheme - Support the compensation team and HR Business Partners in the annual bonus review. Working in conjunction with International Benefits Manager on annual benefits renewal processes. Develop, design and implement the Pension and Benefits communication Knowledge & Experience; Degree educated or equivalent in a related field required (HRM, Finance, Business administration). Vast proven experience of dedicated Compensation & Benefit experience in an international environment, preferably in the high-tech/ media. Understanding of statistical analysis techniques. Numerate and exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. IT literate with advanced Excel skills. Proven International Project management skills, leading state of the art Compensation & Benefits initiatives. People's management skills, managing virtual teams.
