I have an amazing new Sales Opportunity with a local King's Lynn business. The salary is negotiable depending on skills and experience. This business is dynamic and expanding and they need your help to increase their turnover and your bank balance They are looking for a talented and internal sales representative that thrives in a fast sales environment to work for one of the most successful and expanding company's in Kings Lynn. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our client's ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. In order to be successful in this role you must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with existing and new distributors, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales. You will Spend 50% looking after existing accounts, nurture and grow them through proactive planning and phoning and follow up (all these accounts will have potential and more opportunities) Spend 50% on new business, identifying ideal accounts to work with and phoning them regularly to win business. What you will need to be successful in this role is:- Proven inside sales experience, and have more than just an understanding for sales but the drive for it, hunger for new business. Has a track record of over-achieving quota. Has a preferred choice to use the phone to sell, has a strong phone presence and understands the relationships with customers is built with using the phone, and experience dialling dozens of calls per day Quoting all your own enquiries, working out your margins, costings - having a great understanding of margin in more important than turnover. Understands time management, blocks time to make sure efficient time spent on the phone proactive selling each day. Understands relentless quote follow up, never give up until you have totally exhausted the opportunity Thinks on their feet, quick and efficient in what they do, can juggle and multi -task from quoting customers, product info requests, and a desire to meet all customers' requirements, may need to answer incoming sales calls.
