If you would like to be a part of a business making a difference in 2016 we’d like to hear from you… About the Role As the Solution Architect you will be involved in developing a range of technical architecture options specifically for the Global Digital Technology Group, which will lead to the development of a standardized, scalable technology platform that can be rapidly transformed and implemented into multiple new territories and markets as part of HomeServe’s strategic international expansion. You will provide ‘pre-project’ consultancy and advice to shape solutions, and will be called on to use your skills and knowledge to contribute to the development of enterprise architecture and technology standards and patterns We offer a competitive salary and benefits package depending on skills, knowledge and experience. About You You will have proven experience in digital technology or hosted website technologies. Architectural knowledge of laaS/PaaS/SaaS and associated business benefits. You will have broad technical experience; with at least one Enterprise software stack, e.g. J2EE, .NET, with an in depth understanding of application development & design, system integration and infrastructure and operations. You will have experience of working in a structured project environment, exposure to multiple diverse technologies and deployment environments. You will be a team player where you will plan and manage your own work and others as and when required to deliver business objectives. Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
