Support Analyst - Applications, Monitoring, Web A large international company are looking for an IT Support Analyst to join their Web and Software Support team. The successful Support Analyst will come from a strong IT background, supporting and monitoring web applications. Experience of monitoring software performance is required as the Support Analyst will be involved in ensuring that application performance is maintained on a 24/7 basis. The Support Analyst will have experience of working in ITIL aligned environments, ideally holding ITIL Foundation Certification. The Support Analyst will be responsible for the provision of 2nd and 3rd line support to all internal and external IT users, managing issues from receipt through to resolution within defined service and operational levels. You will work closely with the problem and Incident teams to resolve and prevent re-occurrence of such issues.
