Cromwell has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Sales Representative or Key Account Manager with industrial supplies experience to join the team at Cromwell South West Primarily an external sales role, you will manage and grow the branch key accounts by developing strong customer relationships in order to develop and maximize opportunities to supply a wide range of industrial and engineering related supplies Key Responsibilities & Duties: To develop key account sales growth To ensure our customers are aware of Cromwell’s expanding product range, and to develop opportunities to supply additional product categories and departments To provide a high level of customer service and account management, reviewing service level agreements and performance To achieve defined sales targets whilst maintaining good profitability levels To develop new business within strategic identified market sectors Experience / Skills Required: Previous sales development experience is essential Key account management, to include service reviews is highly desirable Experience gained within the Engineering / MRO / Industrial Supplies market is advantageous Strong communication, rapport and relationship building skills A full and valid driving license is essential The ideal candidate will be a positive and self-motivated individual, with the personal drive to take responsibility to deliver high service standards and to develop business About Cromwell: Cromwell is a leading supplier of products used to maintain, repair and operate facilities in Europe, offering the widest choices to all industries, professions and trades.
