This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading software developer as a Payroll Implementation Consultant based in Gloucestershire. Client Details My client is a leading software developer, based in Gloucestershire due to continued growth they are seeking a permanent Payroll Implementation Consultant to assist their established teams with a growing portfolio of projects. Description The successful Payroll Implementation Consultant will be responsible for: Working alongside the project management function to ensure the successful delivery of software implementation projects Supporting the line manager with a phased implementation for a global organisation affecting over 25 countries Working closely with the stakeholders both within the organisation and with end users to ensure project progress is accurately reported and that the service is fit for purpose after go live Work with client to obtain project sign-off and accurately document all specific needs and processes Establish payroll and data needs to ensure solution matches requirements Profile The successful Payroll Implementation Consultant will possess: Excellent data coordination skills Strong communication skills Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage tasks and delegate responsibilities Prior experience of implementing systems within a project environment Experience of working with international clients of varying sizes Demonstrable track record of displaying credibility with client contacts Ambition and motivation Excellent MS Excel experience Experience of working within a regulated service delivery environment (e.g. ISAE 3402) Job Offer £25,000 - £45,000 dependant on experience excellent benefits This job was originally posted as
