Assistant Bar Manager, Luxury 4 Star Country Hotel with multi award winning Restaurant in Warwickshire, £18,000 tips Excellent career development Well known and highly regarded Luxury Hotel Group, is looking for a motivated, career driven Assistant Manager with fantastic customer service skills, and personality for it's stunning property in Warwickshire This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with drive and ambition to progress their career to the next level with a one of the top Hotel Groups in the U.K. You will assist the Restaurant and Bar Manager in all aspects of the business with a key role in managing, training and development of the Bar and the Team. The Person You will already be experienced as an Assistant Bar Manager and be looking to enhance your career further with an award winning Hotel Group and multi award winning Bar and Restaurant. As can be expected you will have a keen eye for high standards and detail, but most of all you will have the verve, passion, and personality to excel in a high profile customer facing role. Required Experience This is a Hotel Group that operates to the highest standards at every level, and therefore impeccably high standards of service and strong attention to detail are essential. You will have previous experience in a similar role in a minimum 3 Star Hotel. You will be able to demonstrate your supervisory and leadership skills in a high quality food and beverage operation. You must also have very good wine knowledge and cocktail mixing skills, as well as being able to effectively manage stock and cost control. You will also be required to have a strong positive input into menu development and promoting sales.
