My Life Living Assistance are a new and exciting business that are changing the way care and support is delivered to vulnerable people living in their own home, who pay for their own care.

We deliver personal care, companionship and assistance around the home. This could include anything from helping clients to get up in a morning, taking clients to appointments, to visiting the seaside with clients. Every day is different. We provide a broad spectrum of services that puts the client right at the heart of the process. Everything we do is tailored to meet the needs and wishes of our clients, and is designed to offer an unbeatable customer experience.

We are now recruiting for an experienced Business Manager to develop our offices in Beaconsfield.

Duties will include:

To identify, align with and communicate the Vision, Mission and Spirit of the MyLife Living Assistance business
To positively communicate the services of the MyLife Living Assistance business to customers, clients and key influencers in the industry
To develop mentoring, coaching and training programmes for staff based on their developmental needs to match the requirements of the business & reviewing programmes regularly against business targets
To guide staff on the development of tailored operations and marketing plans enabling continual growth and sales built on long and lasting community engagement and Client/customer relationships
To identify and set SMART objectives in order to meet and exceed business plan targets
To network closely with the sector professionals and key influencers to promote the awareness of the business and services available
Identify opportunities to communicate and promote the business
Ensure internal support teams are advised of key issues relating to the development of services and contracts within the MyLife Living Assistance business
To contribute towards the development of annual business plans, budgets and forecasts
To play an integral part within the business to ensure that quality standards, service levels and profit targets are met
To Identify and maximise business opportunities in the local area

Person Specification:

The successful candidate will have previous business development experience within the health and social care industry, ideally within the private pay sector. Being a strong communicator you will be able to build relationships and present with ease. A proven track record of commercial performance and delivery is also a must.
