This exciting place to work houses all the essential supporting functions for our 72 holiday parks along with our award winning Contact Centre. This modern office has a great feel, a mix of energetic knowledgeable professionals all working as one unified team to achieve Parkdean Resorts objectives. Based near the centre of Newcastle upon Tyne, it has great transport links. As Holiday Sales Accounts Admin Assistant you will work as part of a team responding to internal telephone queries from Sales Managers and Administrators supporting the team to meet weekly and monthly deadlines and resolving any outstanding queries. Reporting into the Holiday Sales Commercial Accountant, your main responsibilities will include: Ensuring all caravan sales invoices received are checked and agreed against our control list Ensuring any deviations from company policy is highlighted Answering incoming calls from parks and answering day to day queries Carrying out period end procedures within the team whilst ensuring deadlines are met Any other duties related to Caravan Sales.
