The Moray Council Job Description To provide an employment administration service, maintain both computerised and manual information systems and to provide the service’s frontline response service. Also to assist with producing and analysing workforce information. Requirements Provide employment administration service Gather and analyse information Maintain computerised and manual information systems Respond to HR Advice Line enquiries Service Improvement The Individual Clerical/ administrative experience Setting-up and maintaining comprehensive filing systems Gathering and analysing information Drafting responses to miscellaneous items of correspondence 2 Higher grades or equivalent, English preferred Ability to give constructive advice under pressure Ability to work using initiative and common sense and to take balanced decisions or seek advice when required Effective organisational skills and ability to prioritise own work Word processing skills Computer literate Must be numerate Basic knowledge of employment legislation and relevant issues Excellent communication skills, both oral and written Able to relate to people at all levels Appreciation, acceptance of and commitment to importance of confidentiality Flexible to meet the needs and demands of the service Ability to work in a shared office Ability to work in different offices Temporary until March 2017 Closing Date: 21 October 2016 Starting Salary: £19,264 (pro rata) £10.22 per hour 18.13 hours per week Proposed Interview Date: week commencing 31 October 2016 For further information contact HR 01343 563261 This job was originally posted as
