We have exciting permanent opportunities for Business Analysts to join our established Business Analysis team at the heart of our organisation within Customer Services and Operations. We are looking for experienced Business Analysts with the ability to champion change on behalf of the business. You will be confident and dynamic in your ability to elicit, analyse, document and validate the business requirements needed to support the change programmes across SLC. The Student Loans company deliver large change programme’s annual on behalf of central government and the devolved administrations and we are looking for new business analysts to join the team to help us deliver this work on behalf of our stakeholders. Projects range from policy changes to existing Higher Education and Further Education products to developing and implementing solution for new funding products in new educational sectors. We also deliver a range of BAU continuous improvement initiatives as part of our remit to develop and enhance our service for our customers. Your strong communication skills with allow you to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create high quality outputs that allow our technical teams make the changes required to deliver a safe and secure service for our customers, You will be comfortable using BPMN2. This is a Glasgow based role with travel as required to sites across the UK. If you have proven analytical experience and a desire to work as part of team we want to hear from you Skills, Knowledge & Experience Strong proven Business Analysis experience Experienced in the elicitation and management of Business Requirements Experienced in workshop facilitation Experienced in processing modelling and use of relevant tools (preferably BPMN2) Experience of Lean, Agile and other project methodologies Excellent interpersonal skills and able to build strong relationships with people at all times.
