Position Summary The primary focus is continuous improvement in the effective use and adoption of the company’s Digital systems. The CRM Trainer provides a dedicated service to ensure our users - internal or external are successful in achieving their goals through the use of rapidly evolving technology. The CRM Trainer will maintain user training, success, safe system adoption and communicate digital news. This role will support the Digital Transformation department in rollouts, delivering requirements and upgrades. The candidate will be an advocate of Salesforce and other digital systems at Fourth. The successful candidate should understand the core usage of Salesforce (such as core objects, contacts, leads, accounts and opportunities etc). It would be of great benefit if the candidate is familiar with the Sales and CRM lifecycle. The role will focus around sales training and CRM training and this will involve stakeholders at all levels. Applicants should be confident using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, as it is used a lot internally for project management and organisation. The role requires someone used to working autonomously, seeing problems without continuous supervision or guidance. We will be looking for an applicant to show initiative and have worked alone or at least have examples of working self-sufficiently. It is imperative that the candidate is a strong communicator who has experience of dealing with stakeholders at various levels. The applicant is required to have excellent written and communication skills. The role will require written documentation with one-to-one and one-to-many training on the principles of Salesforce from early in the role. An applicant with proven experience in facilitating meetings with stakeholders and clients, talking to customers and generally dealing confidently with other people would be ideal . Essential Job Function · Project, product and application success support including user configuration · Develop and maintain end user training and deliver training plans and maintaining system health · Act as a gatekeeper and provide best practice support, documentation and release awareness · Communicate and support newly launched applications · Liaise with third party suppliers and partners where required · Champion collaboration across the SF platform efficiently, evolve new and existing strategies · User management, licensing and best practice · Digital news to be published regularly Job Requirements: · Experienced in training users and motivating them to utilise new technologies efficiently · Robust reports and dashboards for return on investment where new systems have been implemented · 1-2 years of Salesforce and training experience in a fast paced environment · Have a real sense of pride in the work you undertake and always go the extra mile · Knowledge of Salesforce CRM configuration and user management · Strong time management , juggle and prioritise multiple tasks, work streams, actions and projects · Ability to build strong relationships across all areas of the business and resolve conflicts · Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required · Knowledge of web technologies SAAS and integrating systems · Data administration knowledge · Has a strong desire to learn and grow with a dedicated work ethic · Ability to work in a fast paced environment and challenging situations · Friendly, polite, professional and flexible · Must have a sense of urgency and self-motivation Should be proficient or have knowledge of: · / / Sales cloud/ Service cloud - end user experience of using the Salesforce CRM · MS Suite – Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook · Experience of the SDLC · Chatter, Communities and Social media This job was originally posted as
