We are looking for a solid 2nd Line Support person, to join the IT Team to help meet the needs of a growing and successful business. It's an exciting time in the IT team as new technologies roll out you will be providing support both desk side and remotely to our offices throughout Europe. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience, with excellent communication skills and a wiliness to learn, combined with a flexible approach, as part of a close working team. You will have a solid technical skillset in desktop and server infratructure including - Microsoft Windows Desktop Operating Systems - Microsoft Office and Lync/SfB - Configuring and managing Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS and DHCP - Server Backup Configuration and Management - Microsoft Windows and Exchange Server - Patch Management solutions, AV, and firewalls - Networking, Vmware, Hyper-V You will be responsible for supporting our users, both in person and remotely, ownership of users issues, and identifying appropriate solutions to resolve them Working closely with the IT Manager and 3rd line Support ensuring assigned calls are responded to, diagnosed and resolved swiftly.
