Helpdesk Analyst City of London Paying up to £25,000 A fantastic opportunity has arisen within a small IT Managed Service Provider. They are looking for a Helpdesk Analyst to join the team supporting their varied city-based clients. Reporting to the Helpdesk Manager, the role holder will be a key member of the IT Support Team and will provide Helpdesk Support remotely from the London office. Candidates must have the following skills ideally up to 2nd line support level: Windows Client / Server Mac OS X Client / Server General TCPIP Networking Otherwise you'll have good experience of supporting a general Windows/Mac infrastructure in a remote support role. Naturally excellent communication, teamwork and customer service skills will be crucial in this role.
