We are looking for an experienced ER Case Manager to join the HR family for a leading National Organisation based in their Swindon Head Office. In this role, as ER Case manager you will be responsible for delivering reliable advisory support concerning all Employee Relation matters within a HR circumference. Accustomed to and knowledgeable of HR Policies and Processes, you will be the 1st point of contact for initiating action on a range of ER cases. This includes the end-to-end management on disciplinary and grievance matters. Due to the nature of the role, we need a tenacious individual with previous proven experience in ER cases, preferably with the relevant HR qualifications to supplement their application. There will also be the occasional need to travel externally within the UK to represent the company for disciplinary issues. A strong communicator, both written and verbal, you will be confident in your approach and consistent in your contact with all levels of the office spectrum. The need for organisation is paramount, as you will understand the significance of prioritisation and working to stringent deadlines.
