This could be the role for you Our client is entering into an exciting period of change and growth and is looking for a Regional Operations Director to join their fantastic team based in the North of England So what does this role involve? Your role will see you lead, inspire and build a high performing team of Area Managers that deliver year on year growth and you will encourage teamwork, commitment and passion throughout your team. Developing a clear vision for your region will be key to your success, as will be your ability to lead the implementation of the plan out in the field. You will provide coaching and development plans for your team and establish trust and confidence in those around you. Working with other aspects of the business, you will manage your investment program and help deliver successful investments across your territory. With profit and loss accountability for your region, and responsibility for developing your Area Managers, this role will see you take complete ownership and will be judged on your successes. What qualities will you need to be successful in this role? Ideally from a hospitality or retail background, you will have present experience of managing multi-site managers and can demonstrate a clear track record of delivering against targets. You will be a visionary, someone who is willing to take risks and can 'make things happen'. Your natural ability to communicate openly will inspire others to succeed and drive forwards to achieving their own goals. Naturally, you will have a strong numerical background, be confident managing upwards and demand high standards of those around you.
