DCIM Consultant Based near Clapham, South West London Paying up to £25,000 A global company developing software in the Data Centre Infrastructure Management (DCIM) market has an opportunity in the role of DCIM Professional Services Consultant. Ideally the candidate will come from a strong data centre background, having worked within a data centre consultancy practice but this is not essential. The candidate will be part of a team focusing on the planning, designing, deployment and integration of the company's software. Technical responsibilities may include problem identification, systems architecture definition, design, implementation, testing, client training and solution deployment for the software product at client data centres. You'll interact with clients and identify additional product opportunities in their organisation, managing it through project scoping and documentation. You'll maintain proficiency in the company's software products and technologies through self-directed and formal training. Qualifications/Skills required: BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience. Demonstrated strong interpersonal and presentation skills. Ability to articulate and transfer complex ideas to a wide audience through both verbal and written communication. Demonstrated strong written communication, presentation writing, project scoping and technical documentation skills. Working knowledge of or understanding of Data Centre Infrastructure Management (DCIM). Knowledge of Windows Server, SQL, IIS and VMware Knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS), and Enterprise Management System (EMS) Intermediate level knowledge of MS Excel Knowledge of servers and networking Understanding of MS Reporting services and Crystal Reports This is a great opportunity to join a progressive cutting-edge company offering exposure to new technology a real opportunity for career advancement.
