Responsibilities: To accurately produce letters, memos, reports and other general documentation To undertake other general clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, ordering of stationery and opening of mail To accurately record messages and ensure that the message is passed to the relevant party To assist in updating manual and computer records and other data processing tasks as necessary To undertake the processing of invoices, administration of the imprest cash system, inventory records, staffing returns, banking and transport recording systems.
