UK HR Manager £30,000 - £32,000 per annum plus car allowance (£4,000) & Benefits Birmingham We have a great opportunity for an experienced generalist HR Manager for a sizable multinational organisation based in Birmingham, Halesowen on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will lead the UK HR department and they will provide leadership to the HR team, and to ensure that a first class HR service is provided, reporting into the EMEA HR Director. Key Responsibilities of the HR Manager: The HR Manager will provide both operational and strategic HR leadership to the business reporting to the EMEA HR Director. The HR Manager will lead the development and implementation of all HR policies whilst also managing the day-to-day operations. To manage the team of two to ensure that a high quality service is provided at all times, in relation to set deadlines and timescales To provide managers and staff members with support, advice and guidance in regards to HR and employment issues Implement HR policies and procedures Develop and maintain strong working relationships across multiple business functions, with business leaders that may be widespread across a geographical region Develop training needs analysis for the business and training plans Support the Head of HR in development and delivery of the organisation's employee relations strategy Lead the full recruitment process Ensure staff / managers have current development plans in place Manage organisation change programmes, terms and condition changes and restructures, as required Key Requirements of the HR Manager: CIPD qualified Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience leading recruitment campaigns Good working knowledge of employment law and generalist HR is crucial as well as being able to demonstrate a strong understanding of current HR & recruitment issues.
