CRM Administrator / Salesforce Trainer Seeking a CRM administrator to move into a User Effectiveness Manager come Salesforce trainer for a multi-national ICT company. This is a brilliant role for anyone with Salesforce end-user experience to take their knowledge to the next level (although not essential). Working within the Digital Transformation Team, you'll be responsible for ensuring that communication tools and processes are implemented and adhered to effectively. We use Salesforce to communicate both internally and externally, so it's important that we are able develop clearly defined marketing mediums/methods in an organised timely manner. This is very much a business facing role, so you'll be working liaising closely with sponsors from all departments, training and collating feedback where necessary in order to help our business run more effectively. Who would suit this position? If you've worked in administration and can demonstrate skills within the Microsoft office suite in particular Excel, are adaptable, proactive and most importantly a systematic thinker. This is a huge business and ensuring that it continues to run smoothly relies on the Digital Transformation Teams ability to review existing communication mediums, define marketing (internal/external) qualities, create/publish user material and train.
