For: Social Media Manager, Peterborough, Permanent, £20,000-£24,000 Meyer Scott Ref: VR/04523 Our client within the Property sector provide education, motivation and passion for their customers to make money through property investment. They are seeking a Social Media Manager, as part of their Marketing team to have the important role of creating the strategy to enhance and improve their presence on Social media networks; which includes, but is not limited to, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram Duties: Design, deliver and manage timely, creative social campaigns to drive engagement and traffic to the website Develop and deliver a Social Media Strategy, working with the Marketing Strategist Manage external supply of social strategy for brand awareness, engagement and acquisition Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of their competitors, ensuring good practice within the company Continuously test and optimise content and assets, sharing results with the wider team Regularly monitor and benchmark against past performance and competition ; ensuring success is repeated and lessons learned are addressed and improved on Promote relevant content and deliver maximum exposure for the brand, working with the Content Manager Manage online reputation and customers enquiries , working with Customer Service Manager Deliver weekly & monthly reports and analysis of Social campaigns ,within the KPI requirements Keep up to date with current trends and innovations in Social Media, suggesting ways to grow the channels Represent the company at relevant events, liaising with partners where appropriate Person Specification: Results Focused: As a commercially aware Social Media Manager, you will design, deliver, evaluate and improve on a content plan that embodies the spirit of the brand(s). You will demonstrate maximum effectiveness in driving community members to scheduled online training sessions, products purchase and attendance of sales/delivery events Professional: With your experience you will be able to deliver operational excellence in all Social Media platforms; managing Customer expectation and addressing feedback to ensure continual improvement Resourceful: You will have the tools and techniques to research successful Social Media content and events, internally and externally; thinking laterally about our client's customer experience and making their journey unique and exciting Passionate: With the ambition to thrive and succeed you will bring enthusiasm and motivation to the job, your team and ultimately the customer.
