We currently have an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and driven individual to join our manufacturing client on a contractual basis The successful candidate will take full responsibility for the life of a project from initial enquiry to the drawing interpretation, configuration and then order load. This responsibility will include install parts, invoicing and billing Daily Responsibilities: Receiving and coordinating customer requirements in a highly efficient manner Interpreting customer drawings, creating quotations and orders using their knowledge of customer specifications Liaising with internal departments (Manufacturing, R&D, Quality) Working with contractors and customers to ensure program and specifications are understood and can be achieved Be responsible for any administrative work undertaken in support of your client (order loading, install parts, invoicing) Ensure program changes are actioned in a timely manner - keep quotation up to date Sign off site with customer; ensuring any late information is up to date for invoicing and assist accounts in chasing late payment Working to fully support of Key Account Managers Contribute to the management of case availability reports Essential Requirements: Excellent customer service skills A highly responsible and customer focused attitude Strong Microsoft Office skills (particularly Excel) Ability to interrogate stock and load sales orders Ability to negotiate positively with the client, contractors and internal customers/colleagues This job was originally posted as
