THE ROLE OF DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER: - Driving traffic across a variety of digital channels and improving conversion - Taking ownership of a budget and managing 3rd party agency partners and getting the most out of both - Knowing your metrics, not just the website performance but the team’s. See what is working and what needs improving. - Managing three team members of staff; paid search, CRM and content/social specialists will help you bring your plans to life. - Display, remarketing and affiliate marketing supported by an external media buying partners, which will require direction. Overall the acquisition media plan will need to deliver stand out from our competitors online. - Managing A/B testing and understanding SEO levers will help you achieve success in this role. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE FOR THE DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER: - An experienced E-Commerce Manager/Digital Marketing Manager - Team management – experience of managing a range of skills level - Communication skills – for providing feedback and motivating team members to review work - Strong organisational skills - for budgetting and schedule - Commercial acumen to make objective and financially sound solutions - Flexibility and adaptability - to ensure urgent business needs can be accomodated - Reporting and analysis - create and set up tracking and reporting.
