An exciting opportunity for an experienced part time Reward Analyst to provide specialist analytical support to the global HR team. This role is being recruited on a fixed term contract basis, you will be based out of South Birmingham . The Role; Completion of salary review process Annual Bonus review Job evaluation using the Willis Towers Watson global grading methodology. Salary bench-marking Preparation and submission of data to annual salary surveys. Benefit administration - support Pensions & Benefits Manager to ensure delivery of all benefit renewals, annual benefit programmes including communication to all employees Dealing with internal and external Stakeholders Coordination of all Reward invoices Adhoc reporting and analysis as required Reporting to the Head of Reward The successful candidate will need the below; Previous experience of compensation and benefits work Familiar with running reports, complex analysis, manipulation and presentation of reward data Previous experience of administering employee benefit programmes Familiar with flexible benefits and salary sacrifice processes Knowledge of company share schemes and associated administrative processes Job evaluation and pay bench-marking MS Office, including vlookup, macros and pivot tables, mail merges and macros Knowledge of job evaluation methods Excellent customer service approach The role is offered on a part time fixed term contract basis and offers an excellent package which includes a highly competitive remuneration, pension, life assurance, options to join a private medical cover scheme and 25 days holiday days plus statutory holidays.
