Brief: West One Recruiters are recruiting a talented Digital Marketing Manager to join a well-established vaping company based in London. If successful you will be contacted by our client directly. Responsibilities: Leading the eCommerce channel marketing activities including planning, developing, executing accounts/channel marketing plans; Implementation of the marketing strategy - long, mid and short term Lead a large marketing team Leading the digital marketing activities, primarily through digital means such as search, social media, email, video, content, affiliate etc Create sophisticated PR and media relation`s campaigns to integrate with broader marketing and communication activity; Guiding the day to day activities of the marketing team Attend customer marketing related meetings; negotiate plans and costs to make sure the best ROI for company`s interests. Provide planning and leadership to the marketing department, improving working schedules and efficiency Track and evaluate site user behaviour; make recommendations to improve user experience/usability and sales conversion. Implement and optimize marketing programs to increase traffic, loyalty and overall sales including, but not limited to, search engine marketing campaigns, email marketing, affiliate relationships and social networking initiatives. Regularly review promotional activities to ensure all business units can plan and/or adjust their functional needs accordingly, as well as to gather consumer feedback and enhancement requests. Monitor industry trends and competitor Websites. Undertake continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends - ensuring that insights are reflected with the strategy and delivery of campaigns Requirements: Strong Marketing knowledge across multi channels Confident, driven and dynamic leader Experience of marketing and promotions within B2C business is essential Have a proven track record of success in a senior marketing position Self-sufficient, proactive and innovative thinker who can bring fresh ideas to the table Ability to develop marketing staff Essential digital Marketing experience (Content, Video, Social Media, Email, Affiliates Marketplaces) Experience of managing portfolio of products including `go-to market` planning, specifications and performance monitoring; Offline Marketing experience is beneficial in e-commerce and/or web content management with bottom line responsibility for ROI.
