A PA is required by local government company in Banbury to assist their Adult Social Care team on a temporary basis until March 2017, although this could be extended. As a PA you will be responsible for: Providing a high level of administrative and secretarial support to the Service Managers Have good minute taking skills Dealing with confidential matters, and handling a wide range of enquiries and complaints through to a satisfactory outcome. As the ideal PA you will have previous Admin experience, as well as using MS Office, i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook including electronic diary management at a senior level. The role is Monday to Friday 8.30am- 5pm, and will require travel to other main offices across Oxfordshire.
