Hays have been appointed to recruit a HR / Office Manager to lead their team. Your new role As HR / Office Manager you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the office. You will be responsible for all HR related activities including managing staff, arranging cover, recording of annual leave and all employee relations issues. As HR / Office Manager, you will also oversee the accounts department and be tasked with putting systems in place to streamline the business. What you'll need to succeed It is essential that you can demonstrate recent experience as outlined above. This client is particularly interested in candidates from Commercial backgrounds. The ability to multi task and willingness to cover tasks as required is essential. Knowledge of compliance related issues is also extremely important.
