A Graduate Project manager is required to join a bespoke software house based near Bromsgrove. TITLE: Graduate PM / Assistant Project Manager / Project Administration / Software Project Manager EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Junior Project Management, Agile BENEFIT PACKAGE: up to £25,000, 25 days holiday, pension, equipment, ability to work from home LOCATION: Bromsgrove, commutable from Birmingham, Worcester, Redditch, Wolverhampton and Solihull We are looking for a Graduate Project Manager to work supporting a development team within Software house based in Bromsgrove. The ideal Graduate Project Manager will preferably hold a Computer Science or related degree. The right candidate will have something about them and be able to show intelligence and initiative. Great communication skills are required, both verbal and written as you would be required to liaise with various clients and colleagues. The ideal Graduate Project Manager will be working alongside the senior project managers, development team and architects to ensure that projects are delivered to clients spec, on time and within budget. You will be responsible with the general administration and support of the project team, liaising with clients, booking meetings and taking notes, managing the project risk management plans (RAID Logs) and creating project plans and documentation. You will be working to an agile development team undertaking planning sessions and Scrum Meetings. This role is ideal for a candidate who is looking to advance their career in the Project Management field within the Software Development market, as the company are looking to offer career progression to the ideal candidate. It is important that the right candidate has worked with software development or IT projects. The company are a bespoke software house providing software development for start-ups, and agile blue chip companies.
