FUJIFILM UK Medical Systems In-Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) product range includes automated Point of Care Testing (POCT) and innovative rapid diagnostics testing. POCT is now an established clinical practice within the UK NHS and private institutions with the rapid and convenient provision of test results that is of benefit to the patient. The increase of rapid diagnostics testing means that results are available within a few minutes of analysis, allowing for immediate clinical management decisions to be made and more effective use of resources. Ultimately, this is having a positive impact through enhanced patient care and a reduction in overall healthcare costs. The role: This is a pivotal role in the development of the FUJIFILM UK Medical Systems In-Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) business. The role will provide effective clinical and commercial support, including clinical training and technical support on the IVD products and technology. Additionally the role will also be responsible for managing and delivering projects and programmes aimed at providing growth to the business in both the vet and human market segments, as directed and agreed with the IVD Business Manager. As well as working with and learning from a great team, you will also benefit from an excellent range of training and development. The role, which will initially be based at our Bedford Head Office, is targeted at developing talent for succession planning in to a field based Product Specialist role.
