Our client is a hotel venue that is currently recruiting for an Ops Manager Our client is looking for a very talented Ops Manager ideally from a strong F&B / C & B background in hotels from the corporate 3/4 star market Reporting directly to the DGM and dotted into the GM, the candidate must come from an F&B / C&B background in hotel ideally and have experience in managing people As an Ops Manager you will be required to support the existing management team in the high-quality standards of delivering excellent services. You will be required to lead the existing team and play a key role in staff organisation, training and development. Excellent and confident communication skills with a warm. This position requires a very strong leader with a passion for hospitality and must be able to multi task. A continued desire to learn and develop is of equal importance as there is potential progression within the company. An excellent salary and benefits is available for the position.
