Infrastructure Support Manager required to lead a global infrastructure team of 12 support professionals for our international client. This role calls for an experienced support manager who has a strong support pedigree, within Microsoft environments, and presents proven man management abilities. Your duties will include: Having overall responsibility for the day to day running of the support and service desk environment Ensuring SLA's are adhered to and continually reviewed and improved Planning work loads and schedules for the team Direct line management includes recruitment, reviews and retention Focusing on exceptional service levels Regular reporting to the business ITIL environment and relevant accreditations a great added bonus Although this is a managerial role we are looking for someone with a deep technical understanding who isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves when required. The Support Manager role is Brighton based although the team and infrastructure set up is global, so you will be required to be available some global hours (On a rota system), plus free to travel nationally and internationally if required. You will be joining a truly excellent organisation who continue to expand their operation and teams.
