The Company: Our client is an award-winning, full service, commercial law firm and they are rapidly developing a national reputation for its innovative approach to delivering legal services. They operate in the financial services, leisure, retail & consumer goods, technology & media, renewables, housing and public sectors. Their specialisms are real estate, banking and finance, commercial, corporate, employment, dispute resolution and litigation. The Job: Within this role you will be responsible for providing estate management services namely the granting of leases, licences, surrenders deeds of variation etc. This will include the generation of standard form documentation, liaising with law firms and reporting to the client. Where relevant experience has been obtained, to supervise more junior members of the team. To liaise with others in the firm (the internal client) on a regular basis in order to actively progress matters and report to them. To provide an excellent service in accordance with the Firm’s procedures. To maintain and improve relations with colleagues and third party providers. The Person: Experience in commercial landlord & tenant work is preferred but not essential. Real estate experience is essential. Ability to deal with high volume workload. High standards of client service essential. Excellent communication skills Good IT skills. Enthusiastic, energetic and team approach to working.
