Our client a market leading company in West Yorkshire urgently requires an accomplished IT Service Desk Analyst for a 3 month contract to support over 1000 users UK wide in a busy IT Service desk environment. The accomplished IT Service Desk Analyst will demonstrate a proven track record in providing 1st line IT Support within a Windows and Microsoft environment specifically Windows 7 and MS Office 365 as well as demonstrated excellent customer service and communication skills. Experience in the use of Active Directory and Citrix support along with excellent fault identification and resolution skills is essential for this assignment.
