We are looking for an experienced Internal Sales Account Manager for our High Volume Manufacturing client based just South of Sunderland. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team and a company that has had recent investment. Responsibilities will include: Developing and maintaining a professional relationship with customers in order to best meet their expectations and ensure that you are the one they want to do business with. Interpreting customers’ requirements and presenting them with a solution at a value for money price. Generating sales orders and communicating effectively with the Production Team to ensure clarity of information. Requirements: Minimum qualifications - Good standard of secondary education plus additional worked based qualifications in relevant subjects (e.g. business, customer service, purchasing). Experience of working in a Customer focused role within a fast moving manufacturing environment. Understanding of the Supply Chain Process and ability to implement critical path planning. Ability to manage multiple Projects and prioritise in a fast moving, demanding environment. Competent in building strong relationships both internally and externally. Strong IT skills, able to manage and analyse large amounts of data, create reports. MUST have minimum intermediate level Excel skills. Both a consultative and pro-active approach to Account Management. Be based in the North East of England, but able to manage accounts UK wide. Desirable - Proven experience of managing a diverse portfolio of accounts, preferably within printed carton packaging. Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
