Desktop Support Analyst Working with a large organisation we are looking to appoint a Desktop Support Analyst. The successful applicant will take responsibility for face to face desktop support, this will include supporting desktops including Apple MAC, laptops/MAC book, printers, mobile devices/IOS, telephones, audio, and visual equipment based at in their London HQ Offices. This role will include providing a highly demanding support service to their VIPs which will include troubleshooting issues on systems, purchasing IT equipment, network and phone patching. The role will have a high demand for excellent customer service, face to face customer interaction and support for all IT related issues. You will be the sole desktop support analyst at this location and have to work very well under pressure therefore to apply for this role you have to of had experience supporting executives/ C level business partners as they will be located at these Head Quarters. Development, management and maintenance of the desktop images and standards Management of Antivirus console and experience with monitoring and reacting to virus alerts Mobile device and MDM support experience Troubleshooting issues on supported systems Application deployment in an AD environment Support of a user base of > 60 Use of call management tools and adherence to SLAs Active Directory support and administration Advantageous Skills Experience using Symantec Endpoint Protection antivirus and Symantec Altiris Deployment Solution and Notification Server is desirable.
