MARKETING MANAGER 28K – 35K BASIC PLUS BONUS AND EXCELLENT BENEFITS BASED MANCHESTER CITY CENTRE Our client is a financial services business who specialise in Wealth Management and Investments. With many years of financial experience, they are a fast growing and dynamic business who are now looking to appoint a new Marketing Manager due to growth. Working directly with the board, this role will involve heading up the Marketing activities of the business across all platforms. The Marketing Manager will plan, develop and implement a full mix strategy across their three brands. Main Responsibilities · Execute, develop and implement a robust full mix marketing plan for the business. Ensure all campaigns are customer focused and deliver an integrated channel approach (online and offline) · Execute all marketing communication activities (online and offline) supported by other internal team members or agencies where appropriate. · Work closely with Sales Manager to drive sales activities, achieve revenue targets and training program attendance. · Ensure campaigns and marketing activity is customer insight and data driven at all times. · Ensure all campaign activity is communicated, measured and tracked on a weekly basis and communicated with the Board · Evaluate customer research, market conditions, competitor data and implement marketing plan alterations as required. · Demonstrate marketing excellence and innovation at all times. · Produce and deliver engaging marketing collateral and material, which adheres to brand guidelines. · Work with key suppliers and stakeholders to manage all aspects of print production, receipt and distribution. POSITION REQUIREMENTS: · Educated to degree standard, PC, Microsoft and web literate, fluent written and spoken English. · Should have experience in lead generation, be highly proficient in digital marketing and offline marketing · Possess working knowledge of SEO and PPC, and Google analytics · Must also have experience of working hand in hand with a sales team to qualify and convert leads. · Gifted copywriter able to clearly articulate newly defined business focus areas and position business externally to drive effective business development · Ability to demonstrate strong communication and professionalism towards other departments is vital. · Strong analytical, problem solving, planning and creativity skills . · Able to develop relationships with and maintain contact with relevant industry stakeholders. · Must be a team player with the confidence to assess and take appropriate risks This job was originally posted as
