A fantastic opportunity has risen for a Resourcing Manager within a Logistics business in Warwickshire. As the Resourcing Manager you will ensure the end to end process of the resourcing and selection of senior and executive management level vacancies. You will provide a source of Resourcing expertise in line with the annual resourcing plan and in particular in line with key market trends. To consistently and transparently attract and retain quality people who provide outstanding and distinctive service and customer care. The Resourcing Manager will work in partnership with other members of the Learning & Talent to ensure a cohesive approach to Talent nationally You will define sourcing and strategies and route to market to enable the business to recruit from the most diverse as possible audience, to win the battle for talent and reduce impact of labour turnover. The Resourcing Manager will analyse the current business performance by division of all aspects of the recruitment, attrition and talent deployment processes. To identify areas for improvement, agree and action with divisional teams and evaluate the benefits to the business. Design recruitment and selection processes for areas of specialist recruitment and executive management vacancies Design and deploy retention, recruitment and selection policy / strategy/ processes through internal / external benchmarking. To continuously improve existing processes in the light of this informati on and the needs of our business Consider the employment market, industry sector trends and government policy on the impact of Macro and Micro workforce planning Forward plan with the key stakeholders Support stakeholders in planning future headcount requirements in line with workforce and succession planning data Review internal talent pipelines in line with business need and the talent agenda Review and evaluate the various entry points in to the business and the benefit of them. Negotiate with key recruitment service suppliers to ensure cost efficient service provision Advise and support general management and above on all aspects of the company recruitment policy and strategy Support the business in developing its "Employer of Choice" status To be the business lead for all vetting requirements both contractual and legislative. To represent the business at external meeting, audits on vetting. Early talent - ensuring that the business is maximising every opportunity to utilise early entry talent This is an initial 12 month FTC with potential to be extended to 18.
