HR Performance Analyst North Manchester Public Sector Permanent £21,745 - £25,694 Client Details The Public Sector Organisation is based in North Manchester and currently looking to recruit a permanent HR Performance Analyst. Description The HR Performance Analyst will report in to the Project Manager. The HR Performance Analyst has a variety of responsibilities including but not limited to the following: Identifying relevant data in order to analyse and develop workforce metrics Identifying and using available bench marking information to understand related performance across the organisation To extract, analyse and present data to ensure understanding throughout the organisation To continually identify where improvements can be made to the presentation or production of service and workforce measurement data. To identify data cleansing requirements To use specific HR systems in order to monitor, extract, analyse and present data Profile The HR Performance Analyst must have: Experience of analysing complex information and identifying / interpreting trends based on data from multiple sources Knowledge and understanding of workforce performance drivers and their ability to influence working practices, policies and procedures Experience of working with managers, influencing and advising them on a range of measurement related issues to enable managers to make business improvements Exceptional attention to detail Job Offer The role offers: £21,745 - £25,694 Permanent contract A generous pension scheme Excellent benefits package This job was originally posted as
