Reward Manager – Head Office – Annesley, Nottingham £45,000 to £55,000 – dependent on experience As a Reward Manager you will lead the reward function and design and deliver a competitive retail reward strategy across the Pendragon group whilst continuing to provide a high level of support and guidance to our leaders and team members across the group on all areas of Reward & Benefits. As a Reward Manager , reporting in to the Head of HR you will use your knowledge and expertise to design and execute a new fit for future reward & benefits strategy, that will continue to set us apart as the UK’s largest automotive retailer. With 220 dealerships across the UK, and more new outlets in the plan, we have an ambitious HR plan to deliver to support our employees to provide a first class customer experience. Research, develop and implement Reward principles aligned to the Group’s values and business strategy; Review, analyse and design modifications to existing Reward practices; Assist in the evaluation of the effectiveness of existing remuneration schemes across the Group; Create and distribute new pay and reward policies and guidance in line with business strategy; Develop and implement operational practices to ensure reward is understood, valued and delivers Return on Investment (ROI); Ensure that the Groups HRIS is maintained to reflect the current organisational requirements, and assist the HR Systems Analyst with the HRIS data change management process; Support the coordination of annual benchmarking for specific roles across the Group; Manage the roll-out of any new Reward initiatives; Develop, communicate and analyse an annual Reward & Benefits survey across the Group (in line with the Group’s annual Engagement Survey); Ensure compliance with HMRC legislation/guidance on all matters relating to Reward & Benefits; Development and succession planning for the Reward & Benefits function; Communicate regularly with the Head of Human Resources on all active projects, providing updates on progress and maintenance of project plans as required; Provide support and guidance to other Team Members within Reward & Benefits, ensuring their daily duties are completed in a timely fashion; Ensure compliance with Company policy and best practice. How will you deliver the exciting agenda: Experience of competitive retail/sales based remuneration and bonus based pay Confidence to advise and guide stakeholders on reward and pay plan schemes A broad understanding of Reward frameworks and best practices Knowledge & understanding of pay and reward and day to day application Knowledge of equal pay and other relevant employment legislation About Us We have 220 dealerships across the UK, made up of 115 volume motor car & 70 premium motor car retailer points. To add to this, we are expanding by acquiring other premium outlets, growing our current volume outlets, or setting up purpose built, 46,000 sqft car stores to house up to 400 cars.
