We are a leading provider and developer of affordable homes – for rent, sheltered, residential care and shared ownership. We are passionate about providing excellent customer service; if you are too then this could be the opportunity for you. We are looking for an experienced New Business and Partnership Manager. Key responsibilities · To take the client lead on the development of new Retirement and Extra Care Housing Schemes. · To develop the Retirement Housing product and introduce innovation into the development of new services whilst utilising the learning form the management of existing schemes and services. · To provide leadership and management to the Promotions and Marketing Agent and to lead the development and promotion of Retirement Housing Brand. · To take the lead in managing relationships with our Managing Agents. · To successfully maintain and develop partnerships with managing agents and partners. · To build networks and liaise with relevant agencies internally and externally in order to promote and maximise the success of bpha’s services. · To effectively manage budgets to ensure value for money is provided when managing services. · Work collaboratively internally with other relevant colleagues to ensure to that partnerships are maintained new schemes provided and schemes are well managed. · To ensure that all are documented and copied to all parties within the partnership. · Take a lead role in the collection and reporting of KPI data and compliance with Health and Safety checks is received from managing agents and monitored. · To lead on the re-development of existing schemes where needed. · Participate in the development process for new schemes including taking a key role in the handover process, working to ensure that any outstanding issues with the property are documented, actioned and reviewed. About you · You will be able to manage projects and plan for the mobilisation of new Extra Care housing schemes coming into management · You will be able to react in a changing environment to redefine services and to innovate with new ideas to improve services and maximise income · Be a confident and clear communicator · Be a confident report writer with strong management background · Have the ability to manage a high and varied workload and multitask · Have the ability influence and lead successfully · Be up to date with the design and management of Extra Care housing. · Have the ability to promote the concept of Extra Care Housing to a wide and varied audience.
