An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Integrated Logistics Manager to work within Central Government on a contract basis. The position will be based in Bristol for an initial contract until April 2017 offering up to a maximum of £270 per day LTD. Due to the nature of the client, candidates with a current SC Clearance are highly desirable. Key Tasks: Support the development, implementation and management of Support improvement initiatives within SPCFP. The post holder will be required to support the planning and then the implementation of change and improvement projects that create an environment where support arrangements are improved. Support SPCFP interfaces with Support agencies and stakeholders (e.g. Army HQ, JFC, LEOC, and SEOC) to aid positive communication with the delivery team in order to improve Support coherence and address specific issues. Support the development and implement Support strategies to drive coherence in new and existing support arrangements within SP CFP. Support the roll-out and implement a governance framework for through-life management of A&RP within SP CFP. Support early Influence of design to produce an effective support solution in terms of Whole Life Cost. Support the Identification and development of the support resource requirements. Acquire the appropriate support resources. Provide and maintain the required in-service support at the optimum Whole Life Cost.
