Quality Manager - Permanent - London Experience in delivering process quality improvement initiatives in an international B2B environment Industry operations experience of Telecommunications, or data centre support Understanding of ITIL V3 An international IT company is looking for a Quality Manager with ITIL experience to join their team on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of this fantastic organisation. Working within the European Customer Services Centre (ECSC), you will be responsible for all aspects of the quality of service delivered by the ECSC, and all elements of customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for maintaining compliance for the ECSC elements of external accreditation's and managing the Change Management process. You will be expected to conduct analysis, identification and delivery of continual service improvement activities. Your duties will include, but are not limited to: Leadership, motivation, management and development of the quality team to ensure all staff are adequately skilled and capable of performing their functions Identifying and delivering CSI activities against Service Level Agreements Acting as the Incident Manager, primary point of focus and driver of escalation and communications during periods of crisis Ensuring compliance with ITIL processes and company accreditation's Author and owner of all customer facing incident reports Production of KPI data and management information as required If you would like to apply for this position, please send your CV to Project People Ltd is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
