An exciting L&D Manager role in Redhill up to 34000 per annum. Your new company You will be working for our client who is a leading SME organisation in their specialist field as a Learning and Development Manager. Your new role As the Learning and Development Manager you will working in conjunction with the Directors and other relevant Managers to plan, develop and implement an effective strategy for the recruitment of specialists. You will also plan, develop and implement an effective post-recruitment strategy for the training and monitoring of new specialists through probation and their continuing development phases. What you'll need to succeed You will be highly organised with excellent attention to detail. You should be analytical and have great numerical skills which include the use of Microsoft Excel. Interpersonal skills and the ability to form good working relationships are essential to have. Your good communication skills will be vital while having an aptitude for problem solving using your effective project management skills.
